Do yourself a favor and go to the Mountain State Oral Surgery Center on gravesmill. CVOFS quoted us $900 after insurance for my daughter to get her wisdom teeth out. So, we went to get a second opinion. Not only did Mountain State actually give her a full exam, they explained everything in full detail about what to expect. CVOFS didn't even look in her mouth. The best part? They take the exact same insurance as CVOFS and we pay ZERO DOLLARS for the surgery. Something is shady here. Oh, and CVOFS won't even schedule you until you pay a $200 deposit. Ridiculous.

I have been seeing Dr.Carvajal on an off for over 20 years.I have found from my own experiences that he has a lot of integrity. He advised me not to do a procedure, I thought I needed and he was correct and I was thankful thru the years.The staff is very helpful and nice.

Wisdom teeth extraction (all 4) went great. They let me pick some music and the anesthesia scent. Talked me through what they were doing at each step. Very accommodating and called later in the day to check in.

Dr Chalk & his staff are amazing at what they do. I was super nervous to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed but when Dr Chalk & his assistant came into the room my nervousness was put to rest with how they explain everything. Dr Chalk is very informative and my procedure was quick and easy with no extra pain than the normal that’s to be expected. Thank you all for the amazing work you do, you’re very much appreciated!

I had a good experience with this practice. They were timely in scheduling the consult as well as the surgery. Doctor was knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions during the consult. The procedure went exactly as they communicated that it would. Staff were professional and courteous in my and my wife’s interactions with them. They called several hours after the surgery to see how I was doing. I recommend this practice based on the experience I had.
